Returns:
Due to the nature of the goods we sell, customers are responsible for the transportation of refunds. We can collect goods requiring a refund, however, a transportation charge (same as delivery charge for your delivery zone) and a handling charge of 15% will apply. Any items incorrectly delivered will be collected and replaced free-of-charge. Refunds can be requested through your dashboard or by calling us on 0203 917 4440 (option 1). Delivery:
We deliver to the whole of the UK, however please note that deliveries to the grey zone on the map and the rest of the UK is subject to courier availability. Green, yellow, orange and red zones are delivered on our own transport service.
Please note that delivery is kerbside only, our drivers cannot assist with moving goods onto the property/site but may do at their own discretion.Person(s) must be on-site to accept any Fulham Timber deliveries.
